Terms of Service

By accessing and using ViralShorts (referred to as "we," "us," or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our service.

ViralShorts is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form vertical videos from a text prompt — no source footage required. We provide AI script writing, voiceover synthesis (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi, with translation and dubbing into additional languages for paid plans), AI-generated scene imagery, animated captions, and multi-platform video export tools.

As an optional feature, you may connect your YouTube account so that videos you create with ViralShorts can be published directly to your YouTube channel from within the app. This integration is described in detail in Section 7 below.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the videos you generate. You must hold the necessary rights to any names, brands, or likenesses referenced in your prompts, and you may not use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the publishing rules of the platforms you distribute to.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the start of each billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for any subscription fees already charged — including for partial billing periods, unused videos or credits, downgrades, or periods during which you did not use the Service. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, but you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

In no event shall ViralShorts, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

ViralShorts offers an optional integration that lets you publish your generated videos directly to YouTube. The flow works as follows:

• You connect your YouTube account through Google's secure OAuth consent screen, granting ViralShorts permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and read your channel information (youtube.readonly).
• You generate a video inside ViralShorts and choose its title, description, and privacy setting.
• When you click “Publish,” ViralShorts uploads that video to your connected YouTube channel on your behalf. Videos are only uploaded when you explicitly initiate the action.

By using the YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that your use of YouTube data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. ViralShorts' use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring the videos you publish comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and that you hold all necessary rights to the content. You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from within the app or via your Google Account Security Settings.
